Space Limitations

The first floor of Hobby House Olean (HHO) is limited to 49 people, making it an ideal venue for various event rentals. The second floor provides sleeping accommodations for 13 people across six bedrooms.

HHO features 12 six-foot rectangle tables, 12 desk chairs with wheels, 8 folding chairs, and an island with 10 bar-height stools. Additionally, there are two wall-mounted counter-height workstations and a six-foot counter-height table. Outside, we have a patio table with six chairs for outdoor gatherings.

Deposits

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your weekend event rental dates, while a $100 deposit is needed for day rentals.

If your booking is canceled before the final payment due date, the deposit may be transferred to another available date. However, if the booking is canceled after the final payment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Final Payments

Balances for event rentals are due 30 days prior to the event date.

Currently, acceptable payments include check, Venmo, or PayPal invoice, which allows for credit card payment. An invoice will be sent with payment instructions to the group organizer.

Rates are subject to City of Olean and Cattaraugus County Lodging Tax plus NYS Sales Tax.

All pricing is reviewed and updated annually on January 1st.
