The weekend rental price includes usage of the entire house.
Lodging and Sales tax = $121.50
Add additional days to a weekend rental for $200 per night plus applicable taxes
$100 Deposit at the time of booking (Non-refundable) and $125 at least 30 Days before Event OR $225 pay in full at time of booking

Space limitations
The first floor of HHO is limited to 49 people. The second floor offers sleeping accommodations for 13 people between six bedrooms.
HHO has 12 six foot rectangle tables, 12 desk chairs with wheels, 4 folding chairs and a island with 10 bar height stools. There are also two wall mounted counter height work stations and a six foot counter height table. Outside we have a patio table with six chairs.
Deposits
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your weekend dates and $100 for day rentals.
If your booking is canceled before the final payment due date, the deposit may be transferred to another available date. If the booking is canceled after the final payment, the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments
Balances are due 30 days prior to event date.
Currently acceptable payments are check or PayPal invoice (allows for credit card payment).
An invoice will be sent with payment instructions to the group organizer.
Rates are subject to City of Olean and Cattaraugus County Lodging Tax plus NYS Sales Tax.

All pricing is reviewed and updated annually on January 1st.
